1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial or using any part of Fulfilix Cloud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
Fulfilix Cloud is a subscription platform for managing inventory, orders, shipments, online ordering and accounting. We may add, change or retire features to improve the product; where a change materially reduces functionality, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for safeguarding credentials, and for all activity carried out under your workspace. Notify us immediately at support@fulfilix.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Free Trial
The 14-day free trial gives full platform access with no credit card required. Trial workspaces may carry fair-use limits. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, the workspace is suspended and its data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Price changes are communicated at least 30 days before they apply.
- Overdue accounts may be suspended after written notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.
- Reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the software without written permission.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security.
- Overload the service or interfere with other customers' use.
- Scrape, mine or extract data through unauthorised means.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into Fulfilix Cloud. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and support the service. You may export your data at any time in standard formats. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Fulfilix Cloud platform, brand, interface and documentation remain our property and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights are transferred to you other than the right to use the service under these terms.
9. Availability & Support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is available to all plans by email, with priority channels and a dedicated account manager on Pro and Enterprise plans.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulfilix Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful use, with notice where practicable. On termination you have 30 days to export your data.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
